MHRIC offers three levels of support for our districts. All levels of support include; hosting the eSchoolData application and district databases, and performing all upgrades, hotfixes, and health checks to ensure the stability of the application. Additionally, the MHRIC will provide daily database back-ups and disaster recovery.
Plus Support service provides districts with a complete and comprehensive support package.
PLUS SUPPORT Includes:
- Dedicated lead eSchoolData specialist and back-up offering districts “that personalized touch!”
- Telephone Support – Available for district lead personnel, includes project lead, HS & MS guidance, attendance, and registration; district will have direct line contact to a MHRIC specialist
- Data Warehousing support as it pertains to the eSchoolData Student Management System
- Update/maintain locator file for Data Warehouse
- Set up of scheduling year
- Grade Advancement – Setup and run school district feeder pattern
- End of year processing (includes directions on running SA129)
- Ongoing training via GoToMeeting sessions and classes at MHRIC as scheduled
- Access to training manuals (eSchoolData application)
- Provide extracts/reports from prior year archive database
- Up to two (2) User Group Meetings per year
- Up to four (4) days on-site or remote training; must be scheduled in advance with a Specialist
- School year setup and review
- Availability to use MHRIC Custom (Edge) Report Cards and Progress Reports
- Importing student pictures, lockers, and transportation (district must supply the files)
- Upload of 3-8 ELA and Math test scores
- Upload of 4th and 8th Grade Science test scores, if in service to receive electronic file
- Availability to a eSchoolData training database
- Creation of needed extracts, where possible/available (up to four (4) per district)
- Guidance on how to setup and change attendance and discipline letters
- Ad-hoc reporting - Data must be available and easily accessible. Some reporting requirements may necessitate the need for the vendor to create a customized report which may be a chargeable item.
Report Cards/Progress Reports:
- Report Cards - Up to three (3) sorts, total of four (4) sets per report card cycle
- Special Ed & Special Group Report Cards – Up to one (1) sort, total of two (2) copies per report card cycle
- 12th Grade Report Cards – One (1) sort, one (1) copy per report card cycle
- Progress Reports – Up to three (3) sorts, total of four (4) sets per report cycle

SERVICES AVAILABLE TO DISTRICT AT ADDITIONAL COST:
- Printing and mailing of Report/Progress Report Mailers
- Printing and delivery of Elementary Report Cards*
- On-site training in excess of the four (4) days included within the eSchoolData service
*All production jobs are delivered to district via courier or through your local BOCES. Please be aware that MHRIC requires up to a three (3) day turnaround time for production jobs. Please plan work accordingly.
