Student Management

The Student Services Department’s mission is to deliver premier customer service utilizing multiple levels of support through skilled expertise in project implementation, transition planning and application support. The department supports two student management systems; Schooltool & eSchoolData, across three levels of support; Plus, Plus No Production, and Basic. The student management system is widely used across departments/roles in school districts including; teachers, administrators, attendance office, disciplinarians, nurses, schedulers and more…

Student Service Specialist’s primary responsibilities include; implementation of the application, hosting and updating of the application databases, training on all aspects of the applications via in-person or webinar, telephone and email support Monday – Friday when school is in session, and vendor management.

Friendly and efficient customer service and personalized attention is the stand-out feature of working with the MHRIC Student Services Department.
