The Student Services Department’s mission is to deliver premier customer service utilizing multiple levels of support through skilled expertise in project implementation, transition planning, and application support. The department supports two student management systems; SchoolTool and eSchoolData, across three levels of support; Plus, Plus No Production, and Basic. The Student Service Specialist’s primary responsibilities include implementation of the application, hosting and updating the application databases, training on all aspects of the applications via in-person or webinar, telephone, and email support Monday – Friday when school is in session, as well as vendor management.
