Office Professional Training (OPT)
At the MHRIC, our goal is to support school districts in every way possible to improve their workflow. One thing that is ever constant is the advancement of technology. Just when you think you have learned all you need to know, some new program or update comes along that will help you with your day-to-day tasks.
Our job in the OPT service is to offer training on all those products that district office personnel may use in their everyday duties. Classes in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), word processing (Word, Google Docs), databases (Access), presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides), Adobe products and many others are offered through this service. In addition, a district may request special classes from our repertoire.
Each district employee, Board Member or parent/guardian of a current student* is invited to come to any class free of charge with membership.
