Meeting Management

As districts endeavor to provide their communities with up-to-date goals, initiatives, and accountability information, it is essential that administrators and board members have access to an online management system to access policies and documents, share vital strategic planning information, ensuring transparency in governance and raising student achievement.

The MHRIC is pleased to partner with organizations that can provide a variety of integration services to streamline agenda preparation, facilitate board member communication, link school policies to action items, and enhance the effectiveness of all district meetings. The MHRIC has conducted an RFP/Bid process to identify a best-of-breed product that is cost effective, offers a model for growth, and is user-friendly.

The base service includes unlimited support through Webinars, remote online assistance, email, and phone. One on-site support day is included in the service to enable MHRIC staff to plan and implement programming and train district staff.

Additional on-site support days are available on a per-diem basis.


Scope of Service

Meeting Management

Meeting Management is supported through the TSS Service. The MHRIC supports 2 different Paperless Meeting Management solutions: Simbli (eBOARDsolutions) and BoardDocs. The MHRIC support for both products includes the following:

  • Initial setup and training is completed by both the vendor and MHRIC personnel.
  • One onsite visit to new districts for training and support.
  • Ongoing phone and remote training
