GroupWise Support Service

The Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center's GroupWise Support Service includes customized training and support for the planning, implementation, and deployment of GroupWise in your district. Where applicable, this service will be provided in partnership with the local BOCES who oversee and manage the district's Internet infrastructure.

Once the GroupWise system is operational in your district, your users will have questions about how to perform certain day-to-day tasks that may be specific to the processes in place at the district and were not identified at prior planning meetings. The Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center is well prepared to handle all your district user questions through our Help Desk and other support options.

  • Help Desk Support: Currently, our Help Desk supports over 400 users with the GroupWise program. They are very experienced with the advanced features of GroupWise as well as network LAN/WAN support issues with the product. Our Help Desk is manned Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm.
  • Second-level Support: This support service also includes telephone support from our second level support technicians, should the need arise, throughout the year.
