Rapid Broadcast and Routine Calling Systems are automated phone messaging notification systems for emergencies, attendance, food service account balance management, and community outreach opportunities to parents, guardians, and staff members. The MHRIC will partner with best-of-breed systems to meet your district’s needs.

In addition, the MHRIC will coordinate and work as a liaison overseeing the implementation of the automated demographic exported files from your Student and Financial Management Systems into the broadcast system. Some applications do not support automated updates. Please plan your implementation needs with an MHRIC Application Training Specialist.
